Have you seen this?

Though John Comer died nearly thirty years ago, I like the way the place is called Sid's Cafe.

I don't think Ivy is left out too much, her picture is present inside.
 
Yes it is, her picture is on the wall with Compo. I like thats its still called Sid Cafe too, it sounds right :)
 
I truly enjoyed seeing the pictures. Thanks... I never knew that Sid's Cafe had competition with another Cafe I presume called Beatties..
 
Yes its on the other side of the square, there are quit a few around there but we only ever go in Sids, we eat at the chip shop then go shopping have a swift half in the Elephant and Castle then tea and scones and home. The church opposite Sids often has a book sale so we nip in there too.
