No the plastic bag was part of the product outside wrappingHad the plastic wrap been added along way due to damage to the original packaging? Or were the original labels on the outside of the plastic, indicating that the package left the warehouse like that?
I use housecleaning products designed to be reconstituted just before use, so they come in recyclable bags. The manufacturer, Blueland, sells sturdy storage containers to keep the product in after the bags have been opened, so that moisture is excluded and damage is prevented. They're onto a winner!
