As far as I am aware, yes. I think that was his last appearance in the show and for some reason he was uncredited for that cameo scene.

Quite right! I was in far too much of a hurry this morning and misread something. So for "last" read "third" (of seven total). But it was Norman Wisdom (Sir Norman by then).
