Billy Hardcastle in Heartbeat !!

Just watched a Heartbeat (Toss Up) and there was
Keith Clifford. Quelle Surprise!! Took a minute to
recognize him -- looked older and murkier. But then
he was in SW in 2000 and in Heartbeat in 1995.
