Beano and Dandy

When I was little my go to Comics were Beano. Dandy then went on to the likes of Whoopee and Whizzer and Chips plus Roy of the Rovers. Shoot and Match Weekly. Plus a comic called Commando ( I think this right). What was everyone's go to comic or even Childs TV shows. Comments please

Aside from Dandy and Beano I was an avid reader of the Beezer loved the Numbskulls . The Beano has reached 85 years and there in an anniversary edition.

Yes it's altering some of the bash street kids apparently to make it more diverse.

The Beano, and I occasionally read Dandy.

Apparently the Beano has changed over the years to be less offensive (Fatty and Spotty have been renamed, for instance), but I'm not sure kids need coddling like that. Unless kids have become a different species to when I grew up in the 70s, then they'll always like humour that's more rough and tumble than nicey nicey.
