    Where did Ivy cook?

That's definitely the thing with Daily Motion, they seem to have all the "good" stuff hidden from their own search and using an outside search engine is a must. To further your tip, instead of adding Dailymotion to the search add site:dailymotion.com and that will make sure it only displays...

    Where did Ivy cook?

I have decent quality of most episodes if there is anything you'd like to see a screenshot of.

    Where did Ivy cook?

I wish I had noted the episode #s as I was gathering them. I was using the slider in VLC media player to quickly scene scroll episodes to find the cafe scenes :)

    Where did Ivy cook?

Looking at the framing from the outside it does look to be more suitable shape for a stairwell (the door to close off the private residence or wherever it would go) unless the back of it extended beyond the the wall it's formed against in the cafe which would be weird, but given the framing...

    Where did Ivy cook?

That made me remember differently placed cameras in the cafe in a couple earlier seasons (in one season overhead mics regularly slipped into the shot:) That door comes with it's own mysteries. It doesn't exist in the first couple of series. Then it's behind a bar gate/flap, making it not...

    Where did Ivy cook?

Another thing I noticed is even though there isn't a grill where you would think one would be right under the kitchen window there was an exhaust vent for it which they replaced with a smaller one (even having to frame around it to cover the larger hole) when the cafe was remodeled.

    Where did Ivy cook?

For such a small door I always assumed that was the loo.

    Where did Ivy cook?

Usually we see the kitchen through the door which shows there are shelves next to the sink, but the rare glimpse inside the kitchen shows there is nothing else in there but a residential size refrigerator (pics below). There is the small what we call an "efficiency apartment size" cooking range...

Last Of The Summer Wine: An Appreciation

I saw the AYBS one-off, are you referring to the Young Hyacinth prequel or was there a KUA episode remake?

Last Of The Summer Wine: An Appreciation

If LotSW were to return it should be handled as it always was, those still with us and able/willing return, others have moved in and Roy writes funny stories about them.:) I like Cooper & Walsh, they are great characters for the screen-time they were used, I'm not sure they wouldn't wear thin...

    Series Three (1976) Episode Reviews

Though it hadn't been written at the time, the prequel series showed that he was around more than just an occasional acquaintance but he was more a target of ribbing by the others than being inner part of the group.

    PBS Chicago LotSW Advert

Our PBS doesn't like British comedy. There's an episode of Still Open All Hours on Saturday & Tuesday nights (same episode), but that's it, they play dramas during non-musical entertainment hours. For years they only had Are You Being Served. They never had LotSW.

    Series Two (1975) Episode Reviews

As much as I disliked Cyril and was looking forward to getting past his episodes during my binge I felt kinda bad when it got down to the final one knowing that they didn't know at the time it would be his final one and Compo's last words about him after he went off-screen was "I hate him!".

Brian Murphy (Alvin Smedley) is 90 Today

It was hard for me to not slip earlier seen episodes in when doing my full-series binge, especially during the post-Compo episodes but since I was doing things chronological the "30 years" special and flashback episode helped keep me on track to the end. :)
