Are these still around. Mostly Fish shops these days. One of the best is Lifeboat in Scarborough. Has anyone been to Compos fish and Chips in Holmfirth

I enjoy visiting old Castles. I'll vist Alnwick castle this year but have been to many others including Scarborough Windsor Hastings Bodium Carlise Tonbridge Leeds Castle. ( kent not Yorkshire) Skipton Which is your favourite or you would like to visit

Well my return to Summerwine land is hitting full pace, looking like the end of August. A return to Holmfirth for the first time in around 6 years is planned plus a trip to Saltburn. Anyone been to Saltburn. What's it like. I'm also going to pop into Northumberland to Alnwick . Back in Yorkshire...
