The Amiga, 500 and it's all important plus, was my very first computer. I used to devour adventure games on it - the secret of monkey island, cruise for a corpse, maniac mansion and the like.
Having looked at it all it seems to me an attempt by the media to discredit him that has gained further traction through the ills of social media. His comments are misguided perhaps but merely an attempt at humour that doesn't always sit well with today's audiences. I suspect his memory failed...

You could fit Dr Who's TARDIS randomiser onto it, one minute you're in a full blown blast of barmy Blamire bother the next you're appreciating awesome Alvin's aviation antics!
This one I think is intended as an affectionate nod but other plots and ideass are lifted wholescale, note also the lack of 'comedy accent' being employed and compare and contrast with the tone in OAH for similar subject matter.
Sometimes a big batch of episodes and sometimes the odd one. It really varies but at least half an hour of quality entertainment is always the result :)
