Oh, I’m not sure, it just took me back a few years. We had great weather plenty of gliders taking off nearby and at one point 17 paragliders floating above us. We survived under canvas and plumped for a basic one tap/ toilet farm site.

No we were just visiting. I’ve got a few days off and we’re off into Derbyshire ( Lathkill Dale or Beresford Dale maybe) tomorrow for a couple of nights. We’ve just bought a new bigger teepee so thought we might try that instead of the camper as we’ve got a local VW gathering next weekend so...

It had been a while since we visited Holmfirth so off we went today. Managed to dodge any traffic en route so only took 50 minutes. We had a great wander around….and a brew at Sid’s.

I remember my little 3 wheeler with a tin box on the back that I used to ride down the footpaths to the bakers when I was about 4. I never had a new bike ever. I always got a refurbished one of my Grandad, usually a Raleigh with racing handles. Then I progressed to making my own Frankenstein...

I usually like a nice cheese and onion or spicey tomato or Kettle ready salted.Last week a workmate gave me a bag of these… wow - what a flavour. Definitely worth finding if you like it hot.
