Reduced Ivy to tears, if I remember correctly.

    Mistakes

Correct. It was a row of three houses. Cleggy was at one end, Howard & Pearl on the other. There was a house in-between but we never saw the occupant(s) of this house.

    earnshaw strikes again pub

The easiest way to tell is if it was on film or videotape. If it was on film, then it would be in a real place. On videotape it would be in the studio.

    Misty eyes.

To be honest, it was never the same for me after Compo died. I carried on watching for a few series after that, but I just couldn't get into it. For me Compo's death left too much of a gap.

    Building

Well here is a picture of it shortly before it was demolished. Judging by all the graffiti and vandalism I can understand the idea that it attracted the "wrong sort" :(

    Just started watching again

I don't think it happened all of a sudden. It seemed like a gradual thing. As Sue said, he just got older.

    Greatest ever Clegg line

That's my earliest Summer Wine memory, and probably my favourite Clegg line as a result. I was 7 years old at the time!

    Worst Semi-Regular(s)/Worst Regular Character(s)

I'm in full agreement. Babs and Mrs. Avery. Although I don't think Mrs. Avery was all that bad in her second series, she still didn't really fit in.

    Robert Fyfe in Corrie!

Joe Gladwin was in it in the 1960s, as Jackson the Chip Shop owner.

    Mistakes

I noticed that. Maybe you could explain it in the episode that the BBC local news where covering the station opening.
