Another Chance to tell those dimwit's at the BBC how you Feel

It would be nice to think they would, but I often think these things are a patronising, token gesture which makes the BBC give the impression they are listening to the Licence payers.

    BBC Licence Fee

Sorry, but I cannot agree. The BBC have wanted rid of Summer Wine for a while. As for the borderline decisions coming out with a positive outcome, I don't think that is right either, they have only been interested in lining their own fat pockets while the quality of programmes has declined...

Sorry to have to tell people this. A friend of my mother's worked on the set and he said - and this was some time ago - that there where a couple of them who were real pains in the backside. Naturally he told us just who - although Tom Owen was not one of them - i think People would be...

Radio Times Q & A Session with Cheryl Taylor...

Re: Radio Times Q & A Session with Cheryl Taylor... Complete waste of tiome in my opinion. The woman seems totally pig-ignorant, it's her the BBC should axing, she's a waste of space.

    Any more DVD Releases planned?

I have found it varies with price, depending on where you go. It's sometimes cheaper to buy them from WH Smith's, the last series was £19.99, wheras at HMV they were asking £24, and I asked them straight out how they could justify a £4 difference, they could not give me a straightforward answer.

    Anyone else seen this?

I don't think they will be from re-runs. Some of the discs they sell cover shows form the early 60's that have never been repeated on cable TV let alone commercial. I assume that the quality would be poor, hence them only replacing a faulty disc if you don't like what you get.
