    There is a brand of tea actually called Yorkshire Tea..it has a fairly strong flavour and makes a cracking brew,.And Wensleydale cheese would be ideal with it also being made in yorkshire.

    I just wished this could have gone on at least for a couple more series,In my opinion it was so very well done,loved the incidental music and the costumes,plus the innocence of the gang compared to the streetwise kids of today.I noticed the water trough near the co- op store where the gang work...

    Wouldn't those steps usually lead down to Compo's door George?...i think the director must have underestimated the level of scrutiny us l,o,t,s,w,fanatics would give it...and used a little artistic licence.

    I loved the opening shot of them laying down looking over holmfirth....the scene where foggy looks for the coin is a place iv'e visited many times too,that bench isn't just a prop it actually exists there...you can look down over Hinchliffe mill where edie and wesley live. lovely episode.
