I think you'require probably right as perhaps they are not as nostalgic about a role/character they'very played as we are. It could be to them that it'should just another role as many actors don'the like getting type cast.

Thank you Don for your reply. As it's his autobiography we can expect him to discuss the whole of his working life not just LOTSW, although I would have liked him to discuss it more from my point of view. I still think I'll buy the book as I do like autobiographies. Maggie

Beautiful sunset! I've just been watching a programme about the Northern Dalesman bus journey through the dales of Yorkshire. No commentary or sound just beautiful countryside. So reminds me of mid Wales!

Does anyone remember a comedy called I didn't know you cared? I think it must have been shown in the 70s . It reminds me of LOTSW with its dry sense of humour.

Hello Gill. I don't watch Pointless as I've never really understood the aim of the game. Thanks for explaining Captain and for pointing out all the actors. There's several in the picture I wouldn't have recognised especially 'Herr Flick'! Jean 'Marina' looks good.
