I agree with Peri, the BBC younger execs are mainly only interested in PC issues and Brexit, what passes as so called 'comedy' today, cannot light a candle compared to LOTSW.

R.I.P. Juliette, Thank you Pearl for all the wonderful memories and laughs you gave us in LOTSW, you may be gone, but you will not be forgotten.

I know he came in for some criticism from some fans, but i liked him, and Electric Entwistle and Alvin got some great laughs out of him.

Very sad for her family,friends and fans. I've lost three sisters and a brother in the last couple of years, it brings it all back visiting hospitals and hospices. I hope Pearl is not suffering and is pain free.

The plain wooden cross remains in situ along with a flat cap on top of it, it seems a shame that the memorial to a fine man and actor is a 'plain wooden cross' that looks like a temporary measure, which i hope is replaced with a more fitting headstone very soon.
