Captain I cant be sure if its the location for the scene you have described but I do know that this location has been used for many scenes so it well could be. I need to look at the episode. Thanks for your comment on my photos I have a lot more to come.

A view towards the centre of Holmfirth and the church opposite the cafe. The town is a very busy place, one thing I always found facinating was that on tv it looked like a more sedate village than a bussling town.

As you can see the Butchers Arms, Hepworth hasnt changed all that much and I can say an excellant Lunch was had there yesterday

Well used crossroads and lane. Its here that Marina and Howard, on their bikes, pass the ladies in Edies Red Triumph Herald car and also used for various other encounters. The lane in the distance where the trees are is also a well recognised location

This view taken from one of the man roads used just up from Jackson Bridge, shows the lovely large Bridge and pool that was used in the last 4 or 5 series. The location is actually private land which is being developed by the owner and includes private and rental properties.
