When I worked in telecoms I remember our foreman sending one the staff home for not wearing his safety shoes. That man looks like he's wearing his Sunday shoes up there :oops:
In A Musical Passing one of his lines was "I remember at family gatherings my dad used to say, oh here's our thingymebob" A comedic line that must have struck a chord with him.
Three albums that had the most influence on me in my youth. Not strictly British albums but all have links; Paul Brady and Gary Moore hail from NI, Pete Briquette of the Boomtown Rats is an Ulster man also.
