That's the general consensus anywhere these days unless you find a nice gap on a quiet back street. But beware the ghost of Pearl doesn't welcome such folk :fp:
The Wimpy brand was established in 1934 by Edward Gold, when he opened his first location in Bloomington, Indiana, under the name Wimpy Grills. The name was inspired by the character of J. Wellington Wimpy from the Popeye cartoons created by E. C. Segar.
My ex' mum (I've undoubtedly mentioned it) was Hyacinth Bucket although a lot nicer but definitely similar. She was from Middleton Junction Manchester and eventually met her future hubby who was kinda middle class but was heading for a career in design engineering and they moved to the cotswolds...
