I was thinking there was a front wheel missing but apparently the one I do see is in the center.

Given how prohibitively expensive that show was in terms of "aging" the background, I wouldn't have expected them to eliminate the cables just for a photo, although they could possibly have been edited out.

Airbrushing things in and out reminds me of Kryten's shocking comment in Red Dwarf episode when they crew beam down into Dallas and Kryten says " We could go behind the grassy knoll and shout Duck" . these photo edit packages are ingenious . Regarding filming gaffs this site records them worth a look if you are interested in such things
