Probably because it was released by 'Network' who specialised in obtaining the DVD rights for obscure shows, and have now ceased trading.

I see the Wacker on DVD is fetching a lot of money for so few episodes, but it is available to watch on YouTube though the quality is not very good, thanks for another interesting video Leigh
