Glad you had a chance to make it there. Wonderful landscape picture view of the countryside, thanks for sharing. Sounds like you had a great trip with lovely weather. Much respect for leaving a bit of ashes of your Mom at the bench.

I visited Holmfirth on 17-18 March (all the way from Seattle, WA) during my short trip to England. In honor of the one-year anniversary of my mother’s passing, I sprinkled a small amount of her ashes at “the bench.” I hired Mount Taxi...

Have seen a few thumbnail images of those about other actors. A kind of 'Where are they now..?' type thing showing the actor in rough state of a hospital bed or something. Very tasteless fakery and disgusting attempt to get clicks...

I have suffered from cluster headaches for over fifteen years. My episodes normally start about early to mid February and last anywhere between twelve and fourteen weeks. The number I get overnight can vary between three and seven...

I have seen far too many attempts to create American versions of our older favourite shows (Red Dwarf, Faulty Towers for starters) which were appalling! Very sorry to our wonderful American brethren, no offence meant.

If a US version of our sitcom were ever made who would you have playing each character (living or dead) I'll start I can imagine Danny Devito would make a great Compo.....

My whole-house water heater is a modern version of the earlier gas ones shown here. It's a demand water heater, venting to the outdoors, but adding to the pollution load only while I'm running hot water. Costs about $25 and some change...
