    On our last evening in Holmfirth a friend took us to Wortley hall. It's been on our "to do" list for years. We did, or course, wish Norman Clegg a happy birthday. Very much recognisable to this day.

    I recall the hours spent watching the original, even took a portable TV into work as I was on night shift, so me and my colleague's could keep track of events. These days I like to watch it on YouTube as I can select the acts I like

    I watched the BBC documentary series of three episodes if you peel away the music then the cause was so so admirable . My lasting memory from watching these shows is the sheer tenacity of Bob Geldof and Bono , there is a real contrast...
