Today's temp is even worse than last week's. -2F at ~8 AM. I'm working in the sunniest room in the house, wearing the heated gilet, and slipping my hands into a heated hand warmer whenever possible. This too shall pass!

At 15C/59F I'm bundled up in several layers of wool, a heated gilet, and a fleece jacket, and I'm still shivering!

I actually sent my friends the BBC weather report for your part of the world and with very little debate they have decided to live with the snow and cold. And I totally agree with them.

They're getting their pound of flesh. It's just a question of whether they're getting it from the payor or the payee.
