We stop off in Hawes occasionally on the way to Leyburn( lovely market town) Great chippy, some good little walks, interesting architecture and a decent couple of pubs.

Compo’s chippy was still great the last time we visited. No regular mobile chippies here in Cheshire but our local club sometimes hires one for outdoor catering when they have a do on. There’s plenty of them at the VW shows we go to...
