Tom Owen's been playing Krapp in the theatre..

I agree with that he is starting to look like Bill, especially since he put some weight on, although i'm not sure his dad would have been proud seeing they didn't have that close a parent/child relationship
 
His father apparently thought he had potential as an actor. I've read that he helped Tom out financially while he was studying acting, so he might at least be pleased at Tom's success in such a challenging role, if not overtly proud. Beckett is challenging for audiences; I can't imagine how much more challenging for actors.
