The 'Bikies Gang' headquarters

I was watching the episode 'Nobody messes with Tony the Throat' and was wondering where the headquarters for the bikies was. I managed to pause one of the scenes and read part of the street sign. It read '...wn end crescent'. I tried to do a google map search but come up with nothing. Is it an actual street sign or is it a prop?.

"Town End Crescent" is what is looks like at 23:13 where the last bike starts up and gets ready to pull away as he says "Well we'll catch those two..."
Unless there is a long space between another word and Town.

The image on Google maps is the junction of Wadham Rd & White Wells road, just below much used Marsh rd.
So the name is fake on the show. It's in the Scholes area.

I found it on google recently (you'll never guess why) and was amazed I didn't realise where it was - I've driven past it so many times!
