Sound man on series 4

I thought the man in question, Bill Wild, was another relation of Brian initially as his surname was spelt with an added e in the end credts of the frst few series 4 episodes. Anyone else spotted this?
 
Oh, I hadn't noticed that. What I did notice was the oh so appropriate name of the stunt man. Fell. Stuart I think. In early shows only his name appears in that craft.
 
Speaking of relatives working on the show. I keep on seeing Lisa Thornton in the credits as a member of the crew. Would she be related to Frank Thornton?
