Cannot place the episode, but I think it is a very old tune, 'The Loveliest Night of the Year' (as in 'When you are in love it's ....). Old Mario Lanza standard. Sounds a bit like a mobile pipe organ so how about 'A Musical Passing for a Miserable Musgrove'
