Members' Location Map?

Certainly I knew some one in new Zealand who let me have copies of episodes that had been aired there but I had to still to see in the 1990s when the programme as not on GOLD or anything like that.

Perhaps they are shy - and perhaps they do not realise that it is a rough guide - you can not locate them precisely.

looking again at the map showing members locations roughly, has anyone else noticed that the majority of members are in the uk which is to be expected, a few In Europe and a good number in the usa....but none from Canada, Australia or new Zealand.....does anyone know if this is because lotsw hasn't been aired in these places ?

Australia and New Zealand certainly have the DVDs. In fact, DVD Region 4 could be one Series ahead of us. This website indicates they have the 2003 Series, Series #24: http://www.ezydvd.com.au/DVD/last-of-the-summer-wine-series-23-24/dp/6139885#secinfo

I think I already said they were not subjected to the Series #9 being re-designated Series #9 & 10 swindle which hit us.

actually Unc the R4 dvd's do have the mislabelled series on them I think so they are level with the R2 dvds
