I See Lincolnshire along with other counties now use NSL CARE SERVICES for non urgent patient transport for hospital visits, This started in July and already there have been complaints of failures to collect patients,also you have to call a 0843 number, what they don't tell you this could cost up to 13p a minutes from a home phone and 41p a minute from a mobile,other complaints they have received is problems with their call centre,possibly being in a queue for some time,which could cost you a lot of money.
