I noticed Nora's picture ended up in front of my name....don't know how
that happened. Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
 
The Nora picture is the default for everyone who hasn't selected or uploaded a profile picture. That can be done in User CP, a little way down the menu in the left side bar.

It is the default "Avatar" that can updated/uploaded from the User CP.
