To those who bought the Andrew Swales 2020 Holmfirth calendar, isn't the January picture lovely? Holmfirth town centre in the snow - a sight I am never likely to see in person, unfortunately.

Yes, the photo certainly is lovely! I'm unlikely to see Holmfirth in the snow, but I saw it in October during and after very heavy rain. The river wasn't even close to flooding, but I've never seen it so high and with the current so angry-looking.
