Finding other fame during or after Summer Wine

With many well known actors appearing in their twilight years on LOSW, I'm going in the other direction in looking for cast or guests who became better known during or after their appearances on Summer Wine.
Internationally, I would say Peter Sallis of course, with the Wallace and Gromit films.
Philip Jackson (Gordon) who went on to do a bunch of different things. I think he is best known in the States for the role of Chief Inspector Japp in the Poirot series/films.
Any others?
 
Tony Haygarth ( Chip) was in Rosie and later had a stint in Emmerdale as a Farm owner.
Ronald Lacey. ( Walter) was in Raiders of the lost ark but sadly died when he was in his fifties.
Jonathon Linsley.( crusher) was in two of the Pirates of the Carribbean movies.

I forgot all about Ronald Lacey. I remember him in the Sherlock Holmes series with Jeremy Brett, playing the two brothers in The Sign of Four episode.
