Was it the one they put the scaffold on Entwhistles car? Aunty was under the barrow.

In that frame you get a rare glimpse showing that the houses are 3 stories high.
 
The clues are getting a little easier, but I'm still stumped, The Secret Birthday Of Norman Clegg?
 
I can now picture Billy on that plank, pointing (pretending to) Cleggys house front.
