AS a final flourish to their Holiday Programming , Auntie showed the Titfield Thunderbolt yesterday [2/1/19] still one of the best Ealing Comedies in my opinion although it was not that well received . I found a little article with some original photos that might be of interest to those who have watched or may be thinking of watching the film.

Auntie has decided to repeat a show called Talking Pictures narrated by Sylvia Sims on BBC 2 followed by a classic film today is the Man in the White Suite, Tomorrow the Titfield Thunerbolt , Thursday is Whisky Galore and Friday the Lavender Hill mob films start at 15:25 though Lavender Hill mob is later all are on catch up and are preceded by the Talking Pictures show just in case anyone's interested

Watched it first time. Well worth a watch.
