Seymour's for me - although I would use the earlier Cleggy residence as a pied-a-terre because it was clsoe to the cafe, book shop etc

Quite fancy the long boat Tommy Cannon was on when he drags Bobby Ball along in the Swan Man of Ilkley you can either moor up or travel through some interesting places on your way to the next mooring .
