Here's an interesting question I heard posed recently, who do you think was the happiest with their lot in life. Daisy or Hyacinth?
 
Daisy I believe , Hyacinth is rarely happy with her lot always striving for improvement .

Yes I think I'm inclined to agree with you overall CC (like I do on pretty much everything you say:)) but Daisy always seems to be striving to rekindle the flame with Onslow with no joy and she's always worrying what Hyacinth thinks....
 
Hyacinth was fighting on so many fronts Daisy was only interested in conquering one, as you say Onslow.
 
Daisy for sure, she may be married to a man whose vest is holier than the dishy vicar and has more interest in the tv than her romantically but otherwise is pretty content. Worrying about Hyacinth is secondary and of much less stress...for her at least...
