when we were kids we used to put marmalade on fish finger sausage and bacon sarnies and put in the sandwich toaaster. home made marmalade my grandma used to make it, it was lovely

It was Dick my brother and I were about 8 or 9 at the time it was the in thing the sandwich toaster, who could come up with the most unusual filling. I think we had peanut butter and banana once that was awful!!!

I used to read the Daily Mirror years ago, they had a cartoon strip called The Perisher's. One of the kids in the cartoon was called Marlon, his favourite sarnie was" the inch thick ketchup " sarnie. The other kids often got covered
