Dame Thora is in 152 episodes so this could be a long thread I will opt for Uncle of the Bride and Three Men and a Mangle . I imagine it would be one of her earlier episodes I can't imagine she enjoyed episodes when sadly she was not in great health and was pretty much immobile .
