It appears it is no longer going to be a guest house, as the current owners have sold it after running it for 15 years and it is reverting back to a private home, I have stayed there a couple of times and a sad loss to the B&B options in Holmfirth, I know there are plenty other B&B's available in the area but this one was in a nice spot and a very peaceful place to stay
 
Great shame Terry sure it was very well run but I imagine it's a very difficult profession to be in [having seen several Four in the Bed shows] and very tying so longevity of ownership is not a likely scenario.
