I haven't researched it, but most of the night shoots seem to be in "specials": Whoops (in picture), Getting Sam Home, CRUMS, Barry's Christmas (?), Welcome To Earth...
Plus one in the final series
Was the one in the last series definitely a night shoot, or was it clever use of digital editing ?

Yes, definitely night shoot - out side Clegg's was un-naturally bright and I seem to remember quite well lit for a single street lamp!
