Another Clue, several of the cast have had these bags over the series including Foggy
 
I'm guessing from the clues that we're looking for somebody with a golf bag. Hogan is a brand of golf clubs, a golf bag would be heavy, and several cast members had these bags. I can't recall seeing one with Hogan written on it but I'll take a guess and say Barry.
