Name the episode

Where the clock goes missing, in one internal scene there is a clock, when they come back to the same room the clock has gone

Incorrect.
The episode was Cheering up Gordon and it was Kathy Staff who played one of the voices.
And I asked for an episode where only Jane Freeman played another character.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen that episode for a long time! So, hopefully someone else will remember the scenes :)
