I'm sure there must have been a real life Scrimshaw at some point making everyone miserable at work. Excellent casting by the Way
 
I've not as yet seen FOTSW but I've worked with a few of these characters unfortunately. Someone once told me that people tend not to leave employers but leave bosses which I felt was very true!
