I know I probably have as much chance of moving to and retiring in the Yorkshire countryside as I do of winning the lottery - which I rarely play. Or marrying and settling down with some kind UK lass who has a less curmudgeonly personality than Nora's. Also doubt I could find a nice UK couple to adopt me, who wants a 50 year old mild mannered house trained LotSW fan to take on, LOL ? Still, can't hurt to dream a little.

Thanks Raggy, I could not think of the name Port Isaac at the time. If I can ever make it over there I will definitely try the crab. It sounds great!

I'm love to live there. The first I went my twin grandsons were still in the pushchair and I remember saying, good grief !! Imagine pushing that twin buggy up those steps and round the cobbled streets! It was heavy enough on flat ground.
