Arrived Saturday and the weather was kind until late afternoon, it has rained since, it is supposed to clear up later this morning, we had a good meal with a couple of Barmpots last night at the Bowshaw Trout, we were surprised it was not that busy, today is location hunting, staying in a AirBNB in Holme which is very reasonable and ideal for a couple, good wifi, off road parking and I would be happy to recommend to anyone
 
Sometimes rain is good. Here in Virginia, there have been some minor forest fires and yes, I am hoping for a nice soaking rain. But, yes it's always great if this happens at night or in the early morning hours. Sometimes I watch HNK which shows global weather including the UK and so often, there's cloud cover.
