Know we all know that our resident "trained killer" was absolutely worshipped by the natives ["only little fellas they were"].
They would have followed him anywhere and he was even offered the Chief's daughter ["oh....beautiful she was...beautiful].
He was admired that much that his squadron of tiny followers had pet names for him.....
I have just got the ball rolling with my favourite one......so how many names can you think of......and for bonus points [which Roger will obviously get !!!] can you remember which episode ?.
