I just read that Punxsutawney Phil (the famous groundhog) did not see his shadow, so spring should come early. As the temperature outside right now is 1 F (-17 C), I find that hard to believe!
 
Well the ground hog did not see his shadow so I do hope it is an early Spring. Liked your cartoon..
