Cobblers

Many of you will recall the little cobblers shop at the bottom of Rotcher Road in Holmfirth, here is a picture of the previous tenant

Except for the Tripe and Cow Heel, the rest looks pretty good

The Cow Heel reminds me of Desperate Dan and Cow Heel Pie.

Had it in error a few years ago in Alicante. Went to a restaurant with my friends recommended to us but none of the waiters spoke English our Spanish was poor so in the end we pointed at the dishes we wanted on the Spanish language menu . I ended up with a tripe stew , it was tasty but the texture was something else , needless to say I left most of it.
