Has anyone been to the vineyard near Holmefirth ? My daughter and her husband won tickets for a wine tasting afternoon. They went last Friday. It was not until they engaged their sat-nav that they realised where it was (we could have taken you dad!).After the wine they travelled down into the town and went to see the sights They had a cuppa in the café and a meal in the nearest pub (they weren't sure on the name) ?They thought of the museum but they were due back home so it didn't happen. They were not over impressed with Holmfirth till I reminded them that the programme was a composite of different villages up the valley .
