Gnome and Away [I hope it counts as its unaccredited but Sir Norman had played Billy before so have to assume its him ] simply because when he appears with the gnome at the end you can hear the shock and absolute delight on the soundtrack and which of you didn't smile or laugh out loud when he appeared and you were watching it for the first time. :)
